RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted. To start a return, email hello@alphasperm.com with your order number. Once we authorize your return, the package must be postmarked within 14 days. All sales are final.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Unopened, factory-sealed bottles in original packaging are eligible for a refund of the product price. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept opened bottles for return, except where the product arrived damaged.
Returns must include all products shipped on the order, including any gift with purchase, promotional product, or sample.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you, and you will not pay return shipping.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may cancel a subscription at any time before your next scheduled shipment. Charges already processed are governed by this policy.
