Selenium

This mineral is critical for the development of sperm motility and is a major determinant of normal sperm shape or morphology. It is also a nonenzymatic antioxidant. Dr Turek published the only randomized, controlled trial in humans that examined the effect of high and low selenium levels on sperm motility. The incorporation of selenium in Alpha Sperm is based on this research.
